Our Hassle-Free Return Policy
At Boho Beach Life we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied you have 30 days to submit your return. We will refund 100% of the price you paid for the returned item, minus shipping.
Initiating a Return:
To start a return, simply email our friendly customer service team at info@bohobeachlife.com. Provide your order number and the item you want to return. We will provide you with a return shipping label that will be deducted from your return or you can provide shipping yourself. If you choose to ship it yourself, please send to

Exchanges:
If you'd like to exchange your purchase for something else, email us at info@bohobeachlife.com with the item you would like to return and the new item you would like to order. We will send the new item within 1-2 days and then credit you for the returned item minus the shipping, once the returned item has been received.
Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return the items must be unused, in its original packaging and the same condition as you received it.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
We strive for excellence, but sometimes issues may arise. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at info@bohobeachlife.com as soon as possible so we can work with you to make it right.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we receive your return and will process your refund minus shipping fees within 1-2 business days. Your refund will be sent to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take your bank or credit card company up to 10 days to process the refund.
